Update: There’s been a price rise at Super Rooster. No longer can you grab a chicken burger and small chips for under $10. While this is an outright tragedy things you can still get for under $10 include a quarter chicken and chips pack for $8.65. And a small chips will set you back only $3.75 so there’s that too.
- Man salad at Tapestry Bar
A salad is not salad without bacon. This one includes rustic chips, bacon, cheese melt and shallots for just $9 at Tapestry Bar.
- Eggs at Raw Energy
Get your brekky protein for under 10 bucks with a poached or scrambled eggs served on thick multi-grain toast at Raw Energy. Just $8.90 and not the only cheap option on the menu either!
- Eggs your way at Angelo’s House
For just $9.90 choose your eggs any which way you like and get tomato relish and buttered brioche as a side at Angelo’s House. On the brekky menu only.
- Bagel goodness at Extraordinary Joe
Newtown’s newest café Extraordinary Joe offers a selection of sausage rolls, quiches and pies for less than $10 or you can grab a substantial egg and bacon bagel for just $9.95.
- Salads at Artisan
Lunch time at Artisan is kind on your piggy bank, offering up $10 salads including Tasmanian salmon, BBQ beef fillet and 5 spiced seared dusted calamari.
- Sandwiches at Bamboo Bakehouse and Juice Bar

- Garlic and Egg Thai Fried Rice at Thai on High

One of Toowoomba’s most anticipated openings, Skewers is bringing us hungry monsters some street Indo style food for a sweet price. Skewers range from $2.50 to $3 each and you can pick up a giant vegetarian spring roll for $3.
