Back to the Future fans will know there’s a massively important day coming up this month. In Back to the Future II Doc Brown and Marty McFly travel to 21 October 2015 to prevent Marty Jr from going to jail.
Now, even though it’s not likely you’ll get a glimpse of McFly or Brown, you still have the chance to celebrate 21 October 2015 in style with a hard rock gig of epic proportions. Melbourne rockers Massive, currently on tour with The Screaming Jets will hit Toowoomba’s Irish Club.
Massive burst onto the live music scene mid-way through 2012 and within six months were playing showcase gigs in Los Angeles and forging a reputation as an amazing live band with their brand of aggressive, anthemic rock.
Massive’s debut album “Full Throttle” has been described as a white-knuckle joy ride with enough G-force to whip any crowd into a frenzy.
Joining Massive for the evening are Project 62. Regulars on Toowoomba’s live music scene, Project 62 supported Massive on their 2014 tour to Melbourne and are about to go into live music hibernation while they write and record their third album so catch them while you can! Rounding out the bill will be local three-piece grunge champions Therapy of Noise.
Doors open at the McFly-approved time of 7:28pm and entry to the show is great value at only $10.
Set times:
Therapy of Noise 8:00pm – 8:40pm
Project 62 9:00pm – 9:40pm
Massive 10:00pm – 11:00pm
