Would you like to spend an afternoon with some floofy clouds with legs? Of course you do. Here’s what you need to do: go to Toowoomba’s first Pomeranian meet up on Sunday 27 August at the Queens Park Godsall Street dog park.
If you’ve ever come across world famous Boo the Pomeranian you’ll know there is a good reason that this little floof-face is often affectionately referred to as ‘the cutest dog in the world’
Event Ko’s Erin Kehoe-O’Shea wants you to bring your Boo look-a-like out and about for a bit of fun, and for a good cause.
“My husband and I are the proud parents of our two fur baby Pomeranians Bella and Millie,” Mrs Kehoe-O’Shea said. “I know there are so many other Pomeranian parents across the city so I wanted to celebrate that by hosting a Pomeranian meet up.
“Our Pomeranians play such a big part in our lives and I know it’s the same for many other dog owners – I want to celebrate that.
“We will also use the event to raise funds for the RSPCA.
“The RSPCA does so much for our community and we want to give something back so we’re asking all attendees to bring a donation or tin of food, a dog toy – anything that we can donate to the Toowoomba RSPCA.
“We are asking all Pomeranian lovers to come along and be a part of this event.
“It’s Sunday August 27, 2-3.30pm at the Queens Park Godsall street dog park area.”
You can RSVP to the event on Facebook.
