Oktoberfest at the Mort – Saturday 3 October
Steins, pretzels, bratwurst and lederhosen – it must be Oktoberfest! The Mort Estate Hotel is hosting the party – dress up for your chance to win prizes.
Open air cinema at Ground Up Espresso Bar – Saturday 3 October
Bring a deck chair as the carpark at Ground Up transforms to an open air cinema this Saturday night at 6.15pm. Your eyes will feast on The Salt of the Earth, the Academy Award nominated documentary about the 40-year career of Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado while your tummy will be all about the German BBQ on offer. PBR Bullride – Saturday 3 October
The 4th Annual Tuff Bull Bars PBR All Star Challenge Event is happening at the Clive Berghofer Centre this Saturday night. See who can last the eight seconds like Lane Frost. Where’s Your Head At Music Festival – Sunday 4 October
Local bands will play a marathon music festival at TheGRID Sound this Sunday in support of Mental Health Week. Local favourites Project 62 and The Astronaut Headdress form just some of the line up.
