First Coat workshops in July
First Coat Studios continues its program of great events with three workshops in July. Get started with Experimental Drawing with Jess Milne on Saturday 7 July ($25). Rhi Johnson is back to give a school holiday workshop in making your own soft toys ($45) on Wednesday 11 July. And on Saturday 14 July learn about the benefits of essential oils with an intro workshop with Jacqui Pitman ($50).

Winter Wonderland – Friday 22 June to Sunday 15 July
Get your winter woollies ready! Toowoomba’s civic precinct will be transformed to a winter wonderland for a month. There will be a bunch of activities on offer, including ice skating (book for this event), Christmas themed movies, food trucks and more.
Super Chill at Grand Central – Saturday 30 June to Sunday 15 July
Grand Central is offering a range of winter themed activities, including a snow pit in Central Square and an enchanted winter village to explore. From 10am to 2pm daily.

Science Wonderland at Cobb+Co Museum – Monday 2 July to Friday 13 July
Get all scientific this school holidays at Cobb+Co. This week day program will run between 10am and 3pm with live shows at 10am, 11.30am and 1pm. It’s $10 per child, check the Cobb+Co website for all the details.
