The Melbourne Cup – Tuesday 1 November

Dani Im – Yesterday Once More: Classic Carpenters – Friday 11 November
Former X-Factor star Dani Im is bringing her love for the Carpenters to Toowoomba. Featuring Carpenters classics like Close to You and Dani’s original hits this show will rock the Empire Theatre. Tickets are $69.90 for adults.
Roller Derby: BruiseFest – Friday 11 to Sunday 13 November
It’s the first mixed-gender event in Queensland and it’s happening here. Eight teams playing 12 games over two days at the Toowoomba Showgrounds. Check out Toowoomba City Rollers’ Facebook page for more info.
Boy and Bear – Sunday 20 November
Boy and Bear are going to light up the Mills Precinct. Get excited and get your tickets here ($44.90 and it’s an 18+ show).
Alex Lloyd – Friday 18 November
Alex Lloyd’s Acoustica Tour features stripped back songs by this veteran of the music scene. Hosted at The Spotted Cow, get your tickets ($28.60) on Oztix and check out the gig details (and all the other gigs they have on) at The Spotted Cow’s Facebook page.
Christmas Parade – Wednesday 30 November
Entertainment, activities, and market stalls will start from 4.30pm, followed by the lighting of the CBD Christmas tree at 7pm.
Santa and his sleigh will be a part of the street parade along Margaret & Ruthven Streets to City Hall, with City Hall coming to life in lights at 7.20pm.
